RED VELVET CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pkg white cake mix  

  • 1 (35 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix 

  • 4 eggs  

  • 1-ounce red food colouring  

  • ½ vegetable oil  

  • 1 cup water  

  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar  

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder  

     

    DIRECTIONS:  

     

  • Preheat oven to 350° F  

  • Grease and flour one 9X13 inch pan or line a muffin tin with paper liners  

  • Mix together cake mix, 1 box pudding mix, eggs, oil, food colouring, water vinegar, and cocoa.  

  • Pour into prepared pan.  

  • Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.  

  • Let cool.
