Blueberry fruit smoothie  

Yield: 4 servings  

 

Ingredients:  

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries  

  • ¾ cups pineapple juice  

  • 1 cup peaches  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)  

  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt 

 

Method:  

  1. Pour the juice and yogurt into the blender  

  1. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender  

  1. Cover and blend on “6/7” or “blend” until combined  

  1. Pour into cups and serve
