Lasagna
Ingredients:
2- 2 ½ pounds of ground beef
9 Lasagna pasta noodles (3 for each layer)
Red, green, yellow or orange pepper
Green onion
White onion
5 or 6 mushrooms
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
Half container of ricotta cheese
Half a block of mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 can of tomato sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to “Bake” 400°F (200°C)
Put the ground beef to a boil in a medium sized pot and allow to boil thoroughly.
Chop garlic, mushrooms, white onion, green onion, and pepper into bite sized pieces.
Put the Lasagna pasta in a medium size pot to boil for 7 minutes or until tender.
Mix mushrooms, white and green onion, garlic, pepper, grated mozzarella cheese and half container of ricotta cheese together in a medium sized bowl.
Once finished, add the ground beef to the mix.
Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking dish with some butter
Place lasagna noodles side by side. Do not overlap.
Generously cover the lasagna noodles with tomato sauce and the filling. And a little more mozzarella cheese if necessary.
Bake immediately after preparation, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
Cook, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.
Let stand for ten minutes. Add parmesan cheese before serving.
